You can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

1. Check if your product is eligible for return.

  • Exchange and return apply to all products of proper quality that have not been used, except for products with personal information (tokens) and those listed according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection":

    - Printed publications
    - Linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, finishing materials (baseboards, casings), sheet materials (fiberboard and chipboard, plywood), and glass, cut or trimmed to the size determined by the buyer (customer)
    - Audio and video cassettes, discs for laser reading systems with recordings
    - Products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs)
    - Baby products (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.)
    - Manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, files, etc.)
    - Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious organogenic stones, and semi-precious stones.
  • Personalized tokens, chevrons, breast badges, etc. are subject to disposal at the buyer's expense.
  • The buyer can also exchange and return goods of improper quality (damaged goods). The delivery of such orders is compensated by the seller after receiving and inspecting.

3. Package the product

  • Place the new product without signs of use in the original packaging. If the product consists of several parts, you need to return the entire set. Make sure nothing is lost, and you are returning the product in the same configuration as you received it.
  • If you purchased a product with a gift, you need to return the entire set (the product together with the gift). Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Sending the receipt is not mandatory.

4. Where to send the product

5. Refund

   The refund for the product is made with full details to the buyer's bank account within 14 business days after receiving the parcel by the seller. Also, for products of improper quality, the seller compensates for the delivery cost.
