Our store makes shipments from Monday to Saturday throughout Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service - delivery to branches, postamats, or courier delivery, as well as using the Ukrposhta delivery service - delivery to branches or targeted door-to-door delivery throughout Ukraine. The production time for tokens is 1-2 working days after payment. After placing the order, a manager will contact you to confirm when your order will be dispatched.
Order processing and preparation time is 1-2 working days. Nova Poshta delivery time in Ukraine is 1-4 days.
Ukrposhta dispatch time is 2-5 working days. Ukrposhta delivery time in Ukraine is 2-5 days.

Payment
- Online non-cash payment: Payment on the website is made with Visa/MasterCard cards with no commission through the Monobank payment system.
- Bank transfer payment: After placing the order, the requisites are displayed on the successful order page and also sent to your email.
- Cash on delivery: Shipment via Nova Poshta without prepayment. For orders containing buyer's personal information (dog-tags), shipment only after full or partial prepayment.
Cash on delivery with Nova Poshta is when the recipient pays for the goods upon receiving the parcel at the Nova Poshta office or at their place of residence. According to Nova Poshta's tariffs, when choosing this payment method, an additional 2% commission of the amount + 20 UAH for money transfer back is charged from the buyer.
